When you hire a tech company for Managed Services, they go beyond just fixing what's broken. Instead, they take a proactive approach and install software to monitor your entire network and all devices. These services come with a monthly fee but should cover all your tech support needs.
Catalyit's Advice
If available, choose a company that offers monthly managed services, including cybersecurity, and not solely “break/fix” solutions.
Look for quick response times and 24/7 emergency service.
Choose a company with multiple techs that work full-time. Stay away from one-person shops and “on-the-side” techs.
Look for technical certifications.
Find a tech company that has worked with insurance agencies.

Your expertise is insurance – don’t find the cheapest solution and think you will save money, much like you don’t sell your clients the most inexpensive insurance solution. The solution that is proactive and detects problems before they exist is always the best option.“
