Why Your Personal AI Tech Stack Matters More Than Ever

Written by Jason Furst | October 13, 2025

We talk a lot at Catalyit about the AI tools your agency should be using. Let’s zoom in a bit. What about you personally? That’s one of the big things we’re excited to highlight at GetLYIT this October 28-30 (sign up for free).

I’m consistently blown away by how many people I interact with—friends, colleagues, family members—who aren’t using AI regularly. For me, AI isn’t just a daily tool; it’s an almost hourly companion. If you’re not curious enough to try it, you’re missing out on a game-changer.

Over the weekend, I was scrolling through TikTok and saw incredible videos made with Sora 2. I knew I had to get in on it. So, despite already being a paid ChatGPT user, I shelled out an extra $200 to upgrade and snag that invite code. A couple of days later, there I was, experimenting with Sora 2 while watching the Yankees lose against the Blue Jays. (GO STROS!) I was amazed by what I was creating so quickly. Perfect, no. Shareable - YES.

The lesson? You’ve got to be curious and open to trying new tools. AI isn’t here to do your job for you; it’s here to help you do it better. Yes, sometimes tools aren’t ready for prime time. Maybe you tried Grammarly’s AI features or HubSpot’s content features a while back, and they fell flat. Revisit them in three months. You’ll be amazed at how much they’ve evolved.

At Catalyit, we’ve just updated our AI guide. We’re focusing on your personal tech stack—what you use daily, what you should revisit, and how to master the art of crafting great prompts. Better prompts mean better results. If you feed the AI good input, you’ll get great output. That’s how you become a more effective user.

So check out our updated AI guide. We’re all in this together, and we’re excited to help you level up your own personal AI stack.
