Gaya takes the copy-paste grind out of insurance quoting

The Rundown

Catalyit’s latest demo lounge showcased Gaya, an insurance-focused browser extension designed to eliminate repetitive data entry by letting agents “super copy” client information from virtually anywhere and “super paste” it into carrier portals, AMS platforms, ACORD forms, and other agency tools.

The Context

  • Gaya can extract hundreds of data fields from carrier portals, PDFs, images, handwritten notes, emails, websites, and other sources, then populate forms with as little as one click per screen.
  • The platform is carrier-agnostic, with more than 500 carriers mapped, and integrates with major agency systems and tools including HawkSoft, AMS360, Applied Epic, Risk Advisor, and others.
  • One potential workflow: Take a transcribed client call, declarations pages, and other account information, load it into Gaya, then push that data across the agency’s AMS, rater, and carrier portals — dramatically reducing retyping.
  • Gaya is SOC 2 compliant and says customer data isn't used to train its AI. The platform starts at $300/month for agencies under $5M in premium.

Why it Matters

Insurance agencies don’t necessarily need another tool that generates content — they need technology that tackles the tedious work employees do every day. By attacking manual data entry across systems that don’t always talk to each other, Gaya shows how AI-powered automation can give agents back time without requiring them to completely overhaul their existing tech stack.
