Summary:
Tarmika is quickly becoming the go-to platform for small commercial lines business quotes. This tool streamlines small commercial retention and new business acquisition by reducing initial data entry for marketing small business accounts. Its aggregated questions and pre-fill features cut down on redundant work, making account submission more efficient. Additionally, when an Agency Management System (AMS) retains underwriting intelligence, it can swiftly upload this to Tarmika, generating carrier quote options, including bindable quotes for risks that align with carrier appetites.

Crucially, Tarmika saves agents considerable time by eliminating the need to review changing carrier appetites manually, contact underwriters, or input data into various carrier websites. Field evidence shows that agents using Tarmika access more markets, offering customers a wider range of options and meeting carrier submission quotas more easily.

Tarmika’s integration feature allows seamless data flow back into the AMS, aiding documentation and quote comparison. It supports BOPs, Commercial Packages, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Cyber, and Professional Liability quotes. With a growing list of 35 carriers, Tarmika integrates with platforms like Applied Epic, AgencyZoom, Better Agency, DONNA, EZLynx, Thimble, and Neon, further enhancing its utility.

Key Features:

  • Aggregated Questionnaires: Simplifies the data gathering, ensuring only essential information is captured.
  • Data Pre-Fill: Eliminates repetitive data entry, saving time and reducing errors.
  • Underwriting Intelligence Integration: Seamlessly uploads relevant information, speeding up the quoting process.
  • Carrier Quote Options: Offers bindable quotes from carriers aligned with the risk profile.
  • Dynamic Carrier Appetite Matching: Automatically updates to reflect the latest carrier preferences, reducing the need for manual checks.
  • Extensive Market Access: Increases the number of markets approached, providing more options for customers.
  • AMS Integration: Facilitates data flow back to Agency Management Systems (AMS) for easy documentation and comparison.
  • Diverse Product Range: Supports many products including BOPs, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and more.
  • Growing Carrier Network: Features a growing list of 35 carriers.
  • Multiple Integrations: Compatible with platforms like Applied Epic, AgencyZoom, and others.

Tarmika offers a powerful solution for insurance agents focused on small commercial lines, enhancing their ability to effectively service clients. As the platform continues to evolve, its potential to transform the small commercial quoting process is significant.
