I use DONNA every day

One of its biggest impacts is how DONNA affects renewals. We decided that we're just going to do what DONNA tells us to do, and we are going to attack the accounts which DONNA says are low likelihood for retention. So, we attacked those and left the ones which DONNA said were going to retain. And in doing so, our PIF retention over the last year which has hovered around 90% which we thought was awesome, is now currently at 95%, it's really notable. All we're doing is instead of guessing which customers to contact, we use DONNA to tell us which ones are not likely to be retained and we should contact them first.

DONNA has helped us have the "RIGHT CONVERSATIONS" with our clients

One of the biggest things that DONNA has done for our agency is it's really helped us to have the "RIGHT CONVERSATIONS" with our clients. Using the data that DONNA provides when my customer service team reaches out to a client, they're able to take the right approach that is necessary with that particular client. It's really changed the way we communicate with our clients for the better and helped dramatically with our attention. I would recommend anybody that's thinking about empowering themselves with data that their current systems just don't provide now that they reach out to DONNA and see what they can do to help them to get an advantage over their competition.

Every agency should be using DONNA

In this world we live in right now, with the hard market and renewals cranking up, instead of having to renew and talk to everybody, I now can use DONNA to segment down and figure out which are the most important clients I need to work with and not worry about other clients. It's very very helpful. DONNA's looking at our renewals as they come in and looking at the clients that are most likely to be able to be cross sold.

I love data!

I love data! What I like about DONNA is the control I have over my data. The way DONNA helps to slice up data is really helpful, especially when dealing with carriers for an agency of our size. No other competitive product that gives insights into the customer.
