Summary:
EZLynx is an Agency Management System that can include sales management, PL comparative rating, Policyholder and Policy Documentation storage, customer communication functionality, retention, proactivity, general reporting, accounting, and automation.
Permissions & Accessibility:
This system is 100% online and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection. It is fully compatible with both Android and iOS. It is a user permission-centered system ensuring visibility and accessibility of employees is completely controlled at the administrative level.
Key Features:
The new customer pipeline management workflow can be fully automated through the rating process. (Leads lists can also be uploaded from an Excel spreadsheet and pushed into the pipeline).
- Marketing Automation:
Marketing campaigns can be kicked off for every lead, with only those who respond getting pushed into the next step of the quoting process. Marketing campaigns can be triggered based on a report and do not have a recipient limit. You can use pre-built templates based on your current need or technical skills or create your own. - Dashboards:
– The insights dashboard suggests sales opportunities (i.e., cross-selling lines of business to existing customers).
– Sales Center functionality moves opportunities through the sales cycle when all the tools in the EZLynx system are used together by using different steps as triggers to move it from one stage to the next. Even Lost opportunities can be pushed back into the renewal cycle, reminding agents to go back after the business next year.
– The retention center is designed to give agents an in-depth look at their renewal book and helps identify clients that are at high risk for cancellation. It helps staff proactively manage those high-risk accounts to retain more business. - Personal Lines Rater:
Rater functionality is completely integrated into the AMS. Google integration generates customer information to simplify and minimize data entry for the agent. You can easily select coverage options and quickly submit information for quotes and then navigate over to a carrier site.
Accounting and Reporting:
The EZLynx system does not have a proprietary accounting system but leverages the capabilities of QuickBooks.
The system-generated Agency Pulse report provides agency performance stats with information on the book of business, peer benchmarking, retention, sales details, and rating activity. The Communication Center allows agents to build automated customer communication based on specific triggers and occurrences in the customer life cycle. The system can email and text depending on the best way to reach the client.
