We source our staff through a structured recruitment process that includes multiple channels. We leverage job portals, professional networking platforms, employee referrals, and campus recruitment programs to attract qualified candidates. Our hiring team carefully screens applicants based on their skills, experience, and alignment with industry requirements. Once selected, candidates undergo domain-specific training to ensure they meet the agency’s expectations before deployment.

Before assigning staff to an agency, we ensure they undergo domain-specific training tailored to the client’s requirements. This training focuses on industry knowledge and key terminologies to ensure they are well-prepared. We then conduct assessments to evaluate their understanding and performance. If any gaps are identified, we provide targeted retraining in those areas. Additionally, we offer agencies the option to interview our staff and review their resumes based on their specific needs.
