- Agency-specific data forms should be designed for ease of use for both the client and the agency – formatting matters.
- Client experience is not necessarily mobile-friendly; the best experience is on a PC.
- Personal Lines integration is limited – it was designed for use with commercial clients.

Indio takes the burden off your shoulders with its extensive library of company and broker-specific supplemental forms. These forms are already digitized and ready for you to use and share with your clients. No more waiting for the underwriter to forward you their specific form, just check the library to see if it exists. If you find a form that doesn’t exist in Indio’s library, you simply submit it to them for digitization and they will take it from there.
Final Thoughts:
Indio is your key to a smoother and more efficient application and renewal process. Once you build the application/renewal package for your client, Indio will automatically remind the client that tasks are still required. This feature, along with the ability to communicate directly in the application package with questions and answers, saves you valuable time.
While the first time you use Indio with an existing client requires considerable effort, user feedback indicates that the second and subsequent years’ effort is dramatically reduced, and the client experience is significantly improved.
