Separate service from process with Service Center. Connect you AMS, VOIP, and email to Service Center for push button endorsement processing and renewal/remarket renewal automations.

Features & Quick Stats

Key Features

  • Speed to processing: Service Center leverages AMS, Spoken Word, and Email data into endorsement cases we process at carrier, all while updating log notes in agency AMS.

  • Speed to value: With most AMS, Service Center connects via API with the push of a button. Set up in hours, onboard in minutes, and drive results week one.

  • No SAAS model: No set-up fee, no onboarding fee, no seat fee, no carrier fee. One simple per policy model that allows you to scale your agency, not software.

Core Business

Catalyit Team Review

Helping personal lines teams separate client service from the repetitive processing behind it
Updated: August 2026

What we like:

  • Takes work beyond intake: Service Center doesn't simply create a task from an email or phone call. For supported workflows, the request can be processed with the carrier and documented back in the AMS.
  • Automates routine personal-lines endorsements: Common requests such as adding or removing drivers and vehicles, mortgagee changes, cancellations, and other policy changes can move through a standardized process without requiring an account manager to perform every carrier-portal step.
  • Automated remarketing addresses a difficult renewal workflow: Eligible personal-lines policies can be queued for remarketing based on agency-defined renewal timing rather than relying on employees to identify and manually initiate every account.
  • Branded proposals bring the employee back at the right point: Remarketing results can be organized into client-ready comparisons for the CSR to review before communicating with the insured.
  • Connects service requests with agency data: AMS information can enrich incoming requests, while completed activity and notes are returned to the management system so employees don't have to recreate the documentation afterward.

Things to consider:

  • The current sweet spot is personal lines. Agencies should evaluate the platform based on the personal-lines workflows and carriers they actually use rather than assuming every agency service process can be handled.
  • Carrier coverage matters. Endorsement and remarketing value depends on how well Service Center supports the agency's important carriers and transaction types.
  • Agencies need clear service standards. Automation works best when the organization has established how endorsements, renewals, client communication, review, and exceptions should be handled.
  • Leadership should define where employees remain involved. Agencies should understand which transactions are processed automatically, which are reviewed before completion, and how unusual or coverage-sensitive requests are escalated.

Summary

Account managers often spend a large portion of their day providing good client service—and another large portion processing the work created by that service.

A client calls to add a vehicle. The employee gathers the information, opens the AMS, accesses the carrier, enters the change, retrieves the endorsement, documents the activity, and communicates the result. Only part of that process required the employee's insurance knowledge or client relationship.

Service Center by b atomic is designed to separate those two types of work. It connects with the agency's AMS, phone, and email environment, turns incoming requests into structured cases, processes supported transactions with carriers, and returns the resulting documentation to the AMS.

What stood out during our review is that b atomic is also applying the same idea to renewals. Rather than asking CSRs to manually identify, remarket, compare, and prepare every renewal, Service Center can automate much of that process and return a branded comparison for employee review and client discussion.

Key Features:

  • Personal-lines endorsement processing
  • Automated renewal remarketing
  • Branded renewal comparison proposals
  • AMS-connected client and policy data
  • Phone, voicemail, email, and note-based service intake
  • Carrier-level transaction processing
  • AMS notes and documentation updates
  • Standardized service workflows across carriers

Best fit for:

  • Personal-lines agencies where account managers spend significant time processing routine endorsements
  • Agencies wanting to proactively remarket more of their renewal book without creating a corresponding increase in CSR workload
  • Growing agencies experiencing service-team capacity or hiring pressure
  • Agencies wanting service requests and completed processing documented back into the AMS
  • Multi-office or acquisitive agencies looking to standardize personal-lines service workflows across teams

May not be ideal for:

  • Agencies with very little personal-lines business
  • Teams whose important carriers or transaction types aren't sufficiently supported
  • Agencies looking primarily for commercial-lines service automation
  • Organizations that prefer employees to manually process nearly every carrier transaction regardless of complexity

Summary

The Problem Being Solved: Client service and policy processing are related, but they aren't the same thing.

The client-facing portion of an endorsement may require only a few minutes: understand what changed, ask the right questions, and make sure the client understands any coverage implications.

The processing behind that conversation can take much longer.

Someone still has to locate the policy, enter the change into the carrier system, retrieve documentation, update the AMS, and close out the activity.

Service Center is built around separating those responsibilities.

A request can begin through a call, voicemail, email, or agency note. Service Center uses the available information along with AMS data to create the case, complete supported processing with the carrier, and update the AMS.

That allows the account manager to spend more time on the portion of service where insurance knowledge and relationships matter.

Why It Matters to Agencies: Service capacity is a significant constraint on agency growth.

Hiring another account manager can create more capacity, but agencies should also examine how existing employees are spending their time. If experienced staff are performing large volumes of repetitive carrier entry and documentation, adding employees without changing the process can simply scale the inefficiency.

Renewal remarketing creates a similar problem.

Agencies may want to proactively review more of the personal-lines book, but manually remarketing every eligible account can require more employee time than the organization can reasonably provide.

Service Center changes the economics of that workflow by automating the remarketing process and preparing comparison information for employee review.

We see the larger opportunity as moving employees from processing toward advising. The CSR or account manager remains responsible for the client relationship and important insurance decisions while more of the mechanical work happens around them.

What Stood Out to Us: What stood out during our review is how far Service Center takes the transaction.

Many automation tools can read an email, summarize a phone call, or create an AMS task. Those capabilities are useful, but the employee may still have to perform the actual policy change.

Service Center is designed to move further downstream. Supported endorsement requests are enriched with AMS information, processed at the carrier, and documented back into the AMS.

The renewal workflow follows the same philosophy. Eligible policies can be queued automatically at agency-selected intervals, remarketed across available carriers, and returned as branded comparisons that the CSR can review and send.

We also like the emphasis on standardized workflows. Carrier portals and AMS environments may differ, but employees shouldn't necessarily need a different internal process for every carrier relationship.

There is AI involved in interpreting spoken and written requests and supporting the workflow, but that isn't what makes Service Center interesting to us.

For our review, the differentiation is simpler: Service Center isn't just helping an account manager understand what needs to be done—it is designed to get more of the processing done for them.

Final Thoughts

We believe HawkSoft's greatest strength is its ability to balance functionality with usability. The platform delivers the core capabilities agencies expect from a modern management system while remaining approachable for everyday users.

We came away impressed by HawkSoft's continued commitment to simplicity, customer support, and agency-focused product development. Those themes consistently surfaced throughout our evaluation and help explain the platform's strong reputation among independent agencies.

Agencies evaluating management systems should place HawkSoft on their shortlist if usability, support, operational efficiency, and long-term vendor relationships are high priorities. While organizations requiring extensive customization may want to evaluate additional options, many independent agencies will find HawkSoft's combination of practicality and flexibility worth a closer look.
