MarshBerry’s Insurance Broker Compensation Study compiles anonymous employee compensation structure, incentives, and benefits information of independent agents and brokers. The report, available in Spring 2024, will offer an overview and outlook, as well as highlight compensation trends in the insurance marketplace.  As a participant*, you will receive one complimentary download of the report.

The Study takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. If you need to close the Study before it is complete, simply close your internet browser and responses to the questions you have answered will be automatically saved. When the link is re-opened (as long as it is re-opened from the same computer/internet browser), you may proceed without re-entering information.
