Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a new version of Google Analytics. On July 1st, GA4 will officially replace Universal Analytics (UA), the older version.
- It is a more comprehensive and flexible analytics platform that can be used to track data from websites, apps, and other digital properties.
- GA4 uses a different data model than Universal Analytics, the previous version of Google Analytics.
- This new data model is designed to be more privacy-friendly and to better support cross-platform tracking.
