How can clients access support?
Each client is assigned a Customer Success Manager who will be their point of contact throughout their subscription. We also have a generalized HelpDesk phone and email.

We have some CRM integrations where users can pass the first few pages of data from their CRMs to Tarmika to pre-fill.

Some carriers have the capability to download a PDF quote proposal in Tarmika. The agent could download this within our system then send an email to the client outside of Tarmika.
Do you provide a coverage comparison between companies?
No, we display the quote per line and the carrier can leave a message on if there are any additional endorsements or limitations to the price. When we add in umbrella, this will be differentiated.
Does your platform integrate with any agency management systems?
For AMS system integrations, we have talked with a few partners but do not currently have the capability available.
Do you allow real time consumer facing quoting?
We have a real time consumer facing portal, Tarmika X. This is an offering to an agency where they could customize this portal to their brand and embed on their site. The users would input data similar to how the agent would and then at the end the quote flow, the users could be presented a quote response. The agent would then login to their Tarmika portal to access this quote data and bridge to the carrier portals to bind.
