Things to consider:

  • Being a newer system, you can expect there may be some features in systems that have been around for many years that are not present.
  • CRM (which is sold separately) is not widely integrated with other management systems.

Summary:
Better Agency offers a “customer life cycle” system. They have created a seamless integration between a Contact Relationship System (CRM) and an Agency Management System (AMS) combined in one product offering. The screens that are presented are very clean, showing a lot of information without feeling cluttered.

  • Dashboards:
    Built-in dashboard functionality allows the user to customize the experience for overviews of both CRM and AMS statuses and reports. Views include options for both recent sales tracking as well as renewal tracking, all on one screen. Since Better Agency is a newer CRM/AMS, you quickly get the sense that they were able to build a modern platform with current programming tools rather than an older system.
  • Client Management (CRM):
    Better Agency is a sales-focused system. They ensure that there is always some form of contact management or sales information present and immediately available. Even Google reviews are managed by the system. A user can click and send a request to a client asking them to leave a Google review, all from within the policy management part of the system. This creates a simpler process for a producer or customer service representative to quickly send a review request to customers.
  • Marketing Automation:
    On the CRM side, there are over 100 marketing campaigns included with the system, which makes implementation faster and easier. Given the well-thought-out design, training will be easier than other systems.
