We understand that it seems like a lot of information! However, we want to ensure the description of your session is thoughtful, thorough, and clear to possible attendees on what will be covered in the live session. We have found that breaking down the description into these sections helps with our marketing efforts and increases attendance.

Retention is more than just renewals because someone can cancel at any point in the policy lifecycle. Having a retention strategy and the tools in place to account for both factors is critical. It allows you to stay ahead of renewals, avoid remarketing every policy and the renewal backlogs that occur today. Once you submit the request form, you will be taken to a booking page to request a date for your live session. After you select the date and time slot, you can add additional guests to the booking. This is also where you can indicate the length of time that you would prefer for your live session.
Catalyit Live Sessions are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 PM ET. Please note that scheduling takes into account holidays and Catalyit team member availability.
The time block is for up to one hour. If you don’t need the full hour, we can set that expectation with attendees in advance. On the webinar booking page, you can indicate the time block that you would prefer for your live session.
For demos, it should be a live product demonstration and recommend keeping the presentation to around 30 minutes, leaving time for questions.
For hot topics, it should be a thought-leadership presentation about a topic relevant to independent agents, not a sales pitch. If you plan to highlight your product or solution, we ask that you do this at the end of the presentation and keep it to 5 minutes max.
In order to properly promote your session and get the best engagement possible, we recommend submitting your request and selecting a date no later than six weeks out, pending availability. Once you submit the form and select your date, we will do our best to get your live session published within 2 business days.
Absolutely! We would love for you to co-promote your live session as much as possible. Once the session is set up in Zoom and on our website, we will share the session landing page for you to use in promotions.
Nope! We don't need to see your presentation ahead of time, but we're happy to take a look if you want to ensure it's what we're looking for.
As part of your partnership, you can expect the following marketing efforts to promote your live session.

- Webinar countdown promo on Profile for one month leading up to live session
- Promotion in weekly TechTips newsletter and on social media one week out
- Promotion in weekly TechTips newsletter and on social media the week of
- Pop-up banner promo on website for 48 hours leading up to live session
- Standalone email promo with full live session details, sent one hour before
- Afterglow email to registrants and attendees with link to webinar recording and CTA to connect with you
- Afterglow recap in weekly TechTips newsletter and on social media the week following airing (Hot Topic only)
- Included in monthly webinar round-up email, sent the first Monday of the 4-6 week period after your live session (logo only)
A standalone email promo will go out about one hour prior to your live session. This generally goes to our highly engaged subscribers.
About 15 minutes prior to the start of your live session, please join the Zoom meeting to ensure sound, video, and screensharing are working properly.
The Catalyit host will record the live session to include in our on-demand Vault after the session concludes. If you have any questions about this, please discuss with Catalyit prior to your session.
Attendees and registrations will receive a pop-up survey at the conclusion of the session to share their feedback and indicate whether they would like to have a follow-up conversation with you about your product or service.
We do not share a list of registrants and attendees. However, you are welcome to include your contact information in your presentation to make it easy for attendees to reach out to you for more information. In addition, you could consider offering something as an extra benefit during the session and have attendees email or schedule time with you to take advantage of the benefit and engage with you.
At the conclusion of your live session, attendees will be taken to a survey where they can provide feedback on the session and indicate whether they would like a follow-up from your team. We will connect you with any attendees that indicate "yes" on that survey.
