EZLynx Support can be reached directly via email or phone.  We always want customers to get the most out of EZLynx, so we have several in-depth knowledge/training platforms available, most of them 24/7. The in-product “Help Widget” searches 250+ articles in the EZLynx Knowledge Base—simply type your question and the widget will display the resources available to answer it. Users can also browse the EZLynx Knowledge Base by category. There are live instructor-led webinars covering a wide range of training topics to help new users get started fast. On this webpage, there is an interactive Carrier Availability Map (about 2/3 down the page). Through EZLynx Connect, we provide additional lines of business via seamless third-party integrations. These additional lines appear automatically on the screens agencies already use to quote auto and home, providing agencies with additional opportunities to round accounts. EZLynx Connect markets currently include Life, Flood, and Mobile Device Coverage—and we continue to add more all the time.

We make the quoting process faster and more efficient in four ways.

1. We utilize LexisNexis for vehicle and driver information, Polk for registered vehicle lookup, and MSB for residential pre-fill and reconstruction cost valuation.
2. We make it faster for agents to navigate carrier-specific fields throughout the quoting process by displaying the fields that agents need and hiding the ones they don’t. In the background, those hidden fields are intelligently prefilled by EZLynx.
3. Agents can configure quote templates to preset/prefill select fields along the quoting workflow. Agents can also set defaults for common answers to carrier questions. Likewise, these defaults automatically prefill into new rating applications. Pre-filled information saves time and ensures accuracy across applicants.
4. When revisiting a client/prospect, the quoting process automatically populates with the data stored in the system. Single data entry is a core tenet of the EZLynx ONE PLATFORM.

Are quotes provided to consumers an indication or a bindable quote?
Because carriers provide the quotes in real time, they are all bindable—assuming the information provided was accurate. (These are bindable quotes, NOT “manufactured” rates.) The quotes provided are real-time from the carrier, based on the information provided at the time of the quote submission. From there, the agent can then proceed to the carrier website and bind.

Can the agent email a proposal from within the system to their client?
Yes, agents can generate and email their own proposals from inside EZLynx.

Do you provide a coverage comparison between companies?
Yes. One-time data entry in EZLynx yields dozens of comparative quotes in just seconds.

Do you allow real time consumer facing quoting?
Yes, EZLynx Consumer Quoting makes it possible for insurance shoppers to get a quote directly from an agency’s website, 24/7.  More information can be found here.  For organizations who desire to have even more control over their customer experience, Quoting Automation Service (QAS) allows agencies to create custom interfaces to EZLynx API and return personal lines quotes from multiple carriers.
